I love Armor Gate’s proactive service vs. reactive. The other day, Steve from Armor Gate was driving by our street and saw our gate was open and then texted me asking if things were alright with our gate and went on to say that the variety of weather can test the quality of our gate’s operation. We were keeping our gates open until spring as we were bit anxious that a cold snap might be too hard on a motor and it might stop working during the winter due to our previous bad experience with other company. However, it turns out that us being cautious was unnecessary because the motor was reliable enough under most conditions. Steve at Armor Gate said “Don’t afraid to use it”, and we’ve been using it through the winter and drop of temperatures and so far so good!
